1. Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (U.S. only).
Priority and express options are available at additional cost.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.

4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect delivery information. Please ensure your address is accurate at the time of checkout.

6. International Shipping
