Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or special-order items

• Opened consumables (e.g., inks, films)

• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
