$1.25 per inch of length. No minimums. No setup or art fees.

File requirements: PNG or PDF with a transparent background, 300 DPI, sized to the sheet you ordered. Keep artwork at least 0.25" inside the edges. Do not mirror your images.

What is UV DTF?

UV DTF is a peel-and-stick transfer for hard surfaces. Your artwork is printed with UV-cured ink onto an adhesive A film and sealed under a clear B film. You peel, place, press and lift the top film. The design stays on the object. No heat press. No machine. No curing time.

What it sticks to

Tumblers, mugs and drinkware, glass, stainless steel and metal, ceramic, acrylic, hard plastic, sealed wood, phone cases, laptops, signage, candle jars and notebooks.

UV DTF is not for fabric. For t-shirts, hoodies and hats, use our regular DTF gang sheets.

How to apply

  1. Wipe the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let it dry.
  2. Cut your design out of the sheet.
  3. Peel the design away from the backing film.
  4. Line it up and press firmly with your fingers or a squeegee.
  5. Slowly peel back the clear top film. The design stays put.

Care

Wait 24 hours before washing. Hand wash recommended. Waterproof, scratch-resistant and UV-stable.

What size gang sheet should I order?

What are the file requirements?
